After ÉPRISE has been confirmed the payment, we will process your order in 2-7 business days. Our business days are Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Your total shipping fee depends on the final destination of the shipping address as well as your package specifications (the weight or volume of your package). Orders confirmed placed before 12:00 PM will be shipped on the same business day. Orders confirmed placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

ÉPRISE provides 2 days returns policy. If your payment is processed and you would like to cancel it, please contact our Customer Care. The product(s) must be in its original conditions (unused, unworn, and unwashed) in the state you received them, and in the original packaging and seal with price tag intact. The original invoice must accompany your exchanges or returns.
If the product(s) is found defective or faulty during receipt, please notify us within 2 days and it can be replaced with no charge and full reimbursement of your shipping cost. For faulty items, please attach photos highlighting the stated defects.
Returns, exchanges and replacements are only applicable for orders shipped to Indonesia only within 2 (two) working days of product(s) receipt. At this time, we do not accept any returns, exchanges or replacements for International orders.
